Cheese not Cake

Cheese not cake was created by Sarah Hardy out of her love of weddings, parties, all things celebratory and cheese. What better way to celebrate than with award winning deliciously hand crafted cheeses made in the beautiful Sussex countryside, especially when they are combined together to create a wonderful centrepiece, instead of or in addition to a traditional sweet cake.

Many people prefer cheese to cake and another course is created at relatively little cost.

Sarah and her husband Mark live on an Organic farm in Sussex where the cows that provide the milk for many of the cheeses graze the pastures on the farm. And, in a converted redundant grain store her husband makes the wonderful, multi-award winning cheese that provides the basis for the cakes and they are available all year round.
