By taking advantage of this ‘15% off when you spend £40 or more’ promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is only valid on orders made on Not on the High Street’s website from 06:00:00 GMT on Friday 9th June 2023 until 23.59:59 GMT on Sunday 18th June 2023. The Promotion will not apply to checkouts commenced after the Promotion has ended, even if that checkout includes items that were placed in the basket during the Promotion.

Customers are only eligible for the Promotion if they are deemed a “New Customer” by Not On The High Street. A “New Customer” is any customer who at the point of purchase has not previously shopped with Not On The High Street before using the same email address provided to check out.

If eligible as a New Customer, in order to qualify for the Promotion and for the discount to apply: (i) the total value of the items in your basket at checkout to be purchased by you online via Not on the High Street’s website (www.notonthehighstreet.com) during the Promotion in a single transaction excluding any delivery charges payable for the items; and (ii) the promotional code HEY2023 must be entered on Not on the High Street’s website payment page at checkout during the Promotion;

A 15% discount will apply to the full value of the items that you purchase in a single transaction. The discount will not apply to any delivery charges payable for the items.

The Promotion is not valid on sale items and not valid in conjunction with any other promotional code in the same transaction, or for the purchase of gift vouchers. The promotional code only applies to online sales on our desktop website and cannot be used on the individual websites of any of our partner sellers on notonthehighstreet.com. This Promotion is limited to a single purchase (one use per customer).

Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the redemption value of the promotional code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the final basket price.

This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from, or related to, these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
