At Bray Cured, we hand make exceptional British charcuterie, in small batches to a standard as high as you’ll find anywhere in the world.

Situated in the foodie destination of Bray, Berkshire, Bray Cured produces a wide range of beef, pork, venison and hogget charcuterie, featuring versions of classic products alongside the unique and local.

To Alex and the team at Bray Cured, success is British charcuterie with local roots, which wows tasters from all over the world.

Inspired by the writings of Raymond Blanc and Darina Allen initially, Alex Mugan has been crafting charcuterie since 2008, when he was briefly a chef. While a move from Accrington, Lancashire to London killed his career in the kitchen, his love of creating charcuterie survived corporate life as an increasingly out of control hobby. In 2021, Bray Cured was born, focused on creating charcuterie with local inspiration and real provenance. Winning 13 Great Taste Awards in 18 months, for products featuring local beef, pork, venison and hogget, Alex and Bray Cured passionate about producing the very best charcuterie right here in Britain.
