Heating Instructions:

Heat the lava stone directly on a gas or electric hob, under a high grill, on a BBQ, or in an oven preheated to 280°C–350°C.

Care Instructions:

Hand wash the lava stone with warm water only, do not use soap or other detergents. Wipe the bamboo board clean with a damp cloth; do not submerge in water. Clean the stainless steel plate with warm, soapy water or place in the dishwasher.
