By using rice and gram flour which impart their unique and interesting charateristics of textures along side the vegetables we have created an amazing cake range.

Lime Drizzle with Courgette (rice flour)
Chocolate Sponge with Butternut Squash (rice flour)
Chocolate Torte with Aubergine (flour free)
Apricot and Almond with Carrot (gram flour)
Chocolate Brownie with Spinach (blended flour).

At Blackberry Cottage all our cakes and brownies are handmade in small batches, they are then, hand-wrapped and securely packed in the box.
Our cakes have been featured in magazines such as Vogue, Saturday Independant, Daily Mail, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire Life amoungst others.
They have been awarded BBC Good Food Producers of Excellent British Speciality Food.

These cakes are freshly handmade please note shelf life.
Shelf life: 5-7 days (depending on the cake). Suitable for freezing, place in freezer on delivery, can freeze for up to 3 months.
Please note: even though we use alternative flours, rice, gram and almond, we do have gluten in the kitchen
