Viola Tricolor (n) - a hybrid cultivated garden plant commonly known as pansy.
This print takes inspiration from antique botanical illustrations. Each pansy has been hand painted in watercolour before being digitally printed in the UK onto 150gsm recycled paper using eco-friendly inks.
For a vintage book plate feel, the species of the pansy has been noted underneath in calligraphy. The perfect addition to an art collection or gallery wall, or great for adding a striking focus to a room on its own. This art print is packaged with a thick cardboard backing board hand-stamped with the Also the Bison logo in a clear compostable plastic pocket.
