Inspired by botanical field notes and vintage apothecary style.
These cards would make a lovely gift. A great set to keep on hand for emergencies too for nearly missed birthdays, engagements, regrets, weddings, or my favourite - just to say "hello".
Eight designs, each with a 100% recycled brown ribbed envelope.
All cards are printed in house (trimmed and folded by my own loving hands) on thoughtfully selected 100% recycled card stock.
'La France' is a pink rose cultivar found in France in 1867 by the rosarian Jean-Baptiste André Guillot (1827–1893). It is generally accepted to be the first hybrid tea rose and therefore also considered the birth of the 'modern' rose. 'La France' has globular double flowers with slightly rolled outer petals and a strong sweet damask fragrance. Their colour is a light silvery pink, while the reverse is deeper pink with lilac reflexes. The flowers appear solitary or in small clusters on long stems in flushes throughout the season.
