Make your own Chorizo and Salami - a deli board of delights. You will learn different curing techniques - the taste is dictated by the cure. After careful stirring and mixing the sausage filling you will learn the art of Salami stuffing using the in-house stuffing machine. Then there is a cold smoke, before you sit down to enjoy some of the produce you’ve just prepared for lunch. Your very own Charcuterie. How smart is that?
