Variations
We started making sauces using our chilli jams as a key ingredient - and since then the range has gone from strength to strength.
Our award-winning Rib Tickler BBQ sauces, ideal for pulled pork, ribs, and all things BBQ, are available in mild, medium, and hot.
As our BBQ sauces were such a success, we decided to add to the range. We have two tasty wing sauces, a medium heat Louisiana and a super-hot Carolina wing sauce - ideal for chicken wings.
We also make a delicious Chilli Jamato Ketchup, which is really versatile and super tasty. This is available in medium or hot.
Finally, we have a gorgeous Mexican Sweet Chilli Sauce - our latest edition and very popular.
Most of these now have either Great Taste Awards or other national awards - our Rib Tickler Medium won 'UK's Best Chilli Sauce' with Fiery Foods. We're very proud to say that all our sauces are still made by us in small batches. All you have to do is decide which three to go for!
