Heat Level: Mild to Hot. These delicious sauces make it super easy to create a quick curry, stir fry or chilli-con-carne. Perfect for home cooks in a hurry. It also makes a great starter kit for students starting to cook for themselves for the first time.
All three sauces include chillies grown here on the farm in Devon.
Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce: mild to medium hot Try it as a dip or added to a stir-fry, rice dishes or a warm salad.
Habanero Chillli Sauce: This is our Caribbean-style sauce with all the wonderful fruity flavour of the Habanero chilli. This sauce can be added generously as a condiment or used as an ingredient in chilli con carne, curries, soups and stews.
Chipotle Chilli Sauce:This medium-hot, traditional Mexican sauce is made with our oak-smoked Jalapenos (Chipotles). It is great as a smokey ketchup on burgers and sausages and also delicious in a wrap with chicken. Try it as well with eggs or make a dip by adding it to sour cream.
