    Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce: mild to medium hot. Try it as a dip or added to a stir-fry, rice dishes or a warm salad.

    Chilli Jam: mild heat. ~This is our best seller, due to it's versatility. Great with cheese, cold and hot meats, eggs, fish and seafood.

    Cherry Bomb Chilli Sauce: medium heat. This delicious sauce explodes with flavour and can be splashed all over everything.

    Honeycomb Chilli Chocolate : mild heat. Chunky honeycomb pieces have been added to our original chilli chocolate.

    Hot Apple Jelly : hot heat. Excellent with cheese and meat. Try it instead of apple sauce, with roast pork or in a tuna sandwich!

    Honeycomb Chilli Chocolate (100g) : Dark Chocolate (74% - cocoa solids : 60% minimum), honeycomb: 25%, ground dried chilli: 1%, emulsifier : soya lecithin, natural vanilla

    Hot Apple Chilli Jelly (220g) : Apples, sugar, fresh chillies from our farm
