The ultimate veggie sandwich!! Sabich with roasted aubergine, chopped warm eggs homemade pickles, mint, tomatoes & tahini!

The kit makes 4 x whole pita or 8 x half pita. In the box you will receive:

1 x set of instructions 1 x box of roasted aubergine 1 x box of prepared egg 4 x bespoke Shuk pita 1 x amba tahini 1 x pickled cucumber 1 x fresh tomato 1 x coriander pot 1 x mint pot 1 x shug

DIY Pita Kits will keep for 2 days including delivery date. Store in the fridge until use.

Allergens: cereals, eggs, soya, sulphur dioxide, sesame

Orders placed before 11.59pm on a Monday will be dispatched the same week for delivery on Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off at 11.59pm on a Monday will be delivered the following Friday.
