Our growkits are the exact same blocks used to supply restaurants and chefs and thus specific varieties are subject to availability. Kits are typically Lion's Mane, Oysters (including Pathfinder, Turtle Song, Sakura Pink,Black Pearl King, Summer, Phoenix, King Blue and Aspen), Freckled Chestnut, Shiitake or Nameko. Please note that the kits are live, should never be frozen and should be opened within 2 months for the most beautiful results.Humidity and frequent spraying yield the most delectable mushrooms and kits should be sprayed throughout the day (or placed near a cool mist humidifier).
