A gorgeous & unique iPad cover, showing the Scottish Saltire on the front, which can be personalised on the back, a great gift.
All my items and gifts are handmade to order from my studio, and not mass produced. I use a technique called free machine embroidery, which can be best described as using the sewing machine needle as a pen and drawing around the images I create or writing out your little messages and personalisation.
These iPad covers are all different, I tend to free-style as I work my way through the design. This means that I do not produce hundreds of the same design, each one is individual to the the next, no two are the same.
These iPad Covers are available in two different versions, one is more boyish, the other version is aimed at the girls as I pretty things up!
I have already explained that each one is individual, for instance if you look at the photo gallery you will see that the same product is very different. This is what I like to do best, make it up as I go along and keep it interesting.
For the man's version above, I printed some fabric that was unique only to him - it was all about the history of his name and clan. Bagpipers were also printed onto fabric, and these two segments started the basis of my design. With the third segment, I pleated and stitched the fabric, whilst the final fourth segment is left untouched.
The girl's version is totally different again, patterns of flowers, spots and stripes, perhaps more embroidery, again unique but pretty.
You have the option of a button fastening or the tie strings which add a bit of extra girliness!
Personalise the back of the iPad Case by adding a name or short message, more flags or a lovely thistle.
The iPad Cases are made from a dolly mixture of fabrics, cottons, cords, felts and linen all working together beautifully to create these individual Scottish Saltire covers.
