This is us. Scouse meets South African. Big flavours. Big heart. A proper sweet story. We're not here to be fancy or polished. We’re here to make people smile
We’re just two people from different sides of the world who somehow found each other — me from Liverpool, Wayne from South Africa. We met 13 years ago, and we haven’t looked back since.
Wayne’s the calm, kind-hearted gentleman who puts up with my sassy, straight-talking Scouse attitude (he deserves a medal, honestly). We’re opposites in some ways, but that’s the magic — together we balance each other out. Now we’ve got a gang of our own: our brilliant little “Scouse Africans” who are the best mix of both of us.
The Scouse African Sweetery started with a simple idea: take the flavours, vibes, and memories from both our cultures, throw in a bit of cheek, and make sweets that feel like us — fun, bold, a little unexpected, and full of heart.
That’s how Scouse Mallows were born. Not just marshmallows… marshmallows, but better (wink wink). We mix South African ingredients and inspiration with Liverpool humour and warmth — sweet treats with a bang, just like our family.
