2 years ago I started journaling and it changed my life. By capturing the moments of joy in my day and getting my thoughts out of my head and onto paper I began to understand myself better and found a renewed sense of confidence and drive.

For 12 years I had a surf clothing shop in Newquay, I then spent 9 years working for a surf sales agency selling to all the main surf shops in the UK and my experience with over 2 decades of the retail / outdoor industry convinced me that journals are a tool that can really help people to discover themselves: something to help them process their day, away from their phones, after some time in nature.

So I have created a series of journals that let people quickly and easily capture the moments of joy from their day, so they can experience this simple way to change their life.
