It all started off with a pinch pot pig............
I have always loved pottery from making my first pinch pot pig at school to now making, talking and thinking about pottery all of the time. I make a very boring dinner guest! I live in Totley on the border of Sheffield and the Peak District with my husband, kids & animals.
Although I have spent the majority of my career in sales, I have always made ceramics at night school, then bringing home bags of clay and taking over the kitchen table! Now I'm very fortunate to have a home studio in our cellar, which has amazing views over Blackamoor and Derbyshire.
I love nothing more than creating new ceramics, whether it is a functional item or just a lovely piece to look at. The beauty of making ceramics is that one day it will be a thought, and the next it will be made into something tangible.

All my ceramics have a rustic, organic feel. There is very rarely a perfect circle, or completely straight edge so if you are looking for that, then I might not be for you! But if you are looking for a totally unique one-off piece of ceramic art, then I hope you find something you like.
