About

Pinkster. A gin with a difference. Our botanicals include raspberries. Real ones. The ones that grow on bushes.

Hello gin lovers,

Since launching in 2013, Pinkster has slipped down a treat, establishing ourself as a quirky premium gin.

Produced in small batches, the gin is infused with fresh, locally grown raspberries rural Cambridgeshire HQ.

Pinkster deliciously dry, with a hint of fruit and an exceptionally smooth finish.

We make a refreshingly different G&T when served with Fever-Tree, a raspberry and a sprig of fresh, well-spanked mint. (clapping in your hands releases the minty aromas….)

Funnily enough, we didn't set out to make a pink drink. After experimenting at home, I worked my way through an entire fruit bowl before discovering that raspberry delivered the best flavour.

Best of all, we recycle the inebriated raspberries as Boozy Berries and Gin Jam, ideal for pimping up your Prosecco and teatime tipples.

We're recently launched Hedgepig, a range of fruit gin liqueurs made with foraged and locally grown fruit such as Suffolk quince and wild bullace.

Enjoy.

  • his raspberry-steeped gin is so prettily pink you almost expect it to taste sweet. The fruitiness is subtle, and those distinctively “ginny” juniper notes are in the background, making it a good one to try on people who claim to not like gin (aka, crazy people). Maker Stephen Marsh recommends serving it with tonic and mint.

  • "It’s a truly delectable jam with a supremely rich fruitiness and, yes, more than a hint of gin. Because it is the actual end product of the spirit’s production, the flavour isn’t that faux variety you get in the likes of powder-based Irish Lattes."

  • The Observer

"Minimal bottle. Maximum flavour. Artisan gin with raspberries. Yum."
