What Is Bonded Leather?
Bonded leather is a sustainable material made by collecting and repurposing leftover leather scraps from the manufacturing process. These discarded pieces are shredded into fibres, combined with a polyurethane binder, and then pressed onto a backing, often made of fabric or paper, to form a smooth, leather-like surface.
This process not only minimises industrial leather waste but also transforms what would otherwise end up in landfills into a functional and visually appealing material.
While bonded leather is often seen as a more affordable option compared to genuine, full-grain or top-grain leather, it offers unique advantages in both sustainability and versatility.

Personalisation Information - In our workshop, we offer free personalised initials using hot foil embossing in your choice of gold, silver, or blind (plain) foil. Please see product images for examples and our font guide for available characters, including a heart symbol (request with "?"). Note that numbers are slightly smaller than letters.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns on non-personalised items within our 30-day returns period. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if an item shows signs of wear, damage, misuse, or personalisation.
Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items reach us safely. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and retaining proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed. We cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit without valid proof of postage and tracking.
For returns accepted under our extended 30-day returns policy after the statutory cancellation period has ended, a £2.79 delivery charge will be deducted from refunds where free delivery was provided. Customers are also responsible for return postage costs.
If you paid for delivery at checkout, only the original delivery charge paid will be deducted from your refund.
We are happy to exchange non-personalised items due to a change of mind or sizing issue within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and a £2.79 fee to cover delivery of the replacement item.
Personalised items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless faulty or supplied in error.
