Wooden 'Teacher Report Card'

A funny yet sentimental report card for their teacher to say a big thank you for all their outstanding work and efforts this year!

This super personal card allows the child to specify 'subjects' for the teacher and grade them, this could be something sentimental, serious or just a bit of fun so it's the perfect gift for their favourite teacher and an original and memorable way to say thank you.

Below the table of grades and subjects is a space for the child to write 'additional comments' to their teacher and finally a sign off for the child's class and year.
