Welcome to Ms Cocoa!
After many years of office work, I felt it was the right time for a career change. I studied Patisserie and Confectionery at the University of West London. Through this course I fell in love with making chocolate and trained to become a professional chocolatier.
I made the decision to dive in at the deep end and set up a small artisanal chocolate company! Ms Cocoa was launched at the end of 2015.
I use some of the finest couverture, such as Original Beans – a company founded on a passion for making fine chocolate from rare cacao varieties, and a demonstrable leader in innovative sustainable solutions (for every bag of couverture they sell, they plant or preserve 20 trees). I’m committed to using fresh, natural ingredients in all my chocolates and use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
Chocolates are made in small batches by hand to ensure full attention is given to every detail.
