Please note. Pampas grass is a natural, dried product which can be prone to shedding some of its 'fluff'. This is quite normal, especially when handlied, moved or knocked, and when removing from its packaging. To reduce shedding, disturb the wreath as little as possible and hang somewhere it will not be moved or knocked.
