Please note, we are a 2 person team hand making each order and so delivery dates include time for making & processing orders before dispatch.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class service - if there are no unforeseen delays in transit, then orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED. If your order is time critical & you require a faster delivery, you have the option to upgrade to the ‘Express’ service – Delivery is 1 working day AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.

If your parcel is returned to us due to no-one being available to take receipt of it, then you will be required to cover the cost of a re-delivery.
When we dispatch your order, you will receive confirmation containing a tracking link with a unique code for your parcel. ReturnsYou have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
