Variations
Rhubarb & Cucumber Spritz
With the delights of tart Rhubarb in mind, we sprang to work creating this wonderful spritz, with a gentle profile added by the cucumber syrup and an extra zing of complex grapefruit bitters rounding out the flavour profile.
Lychee & Elderflower Spritz
The appealingly light Lychee and Elderflower Spritz is a marvellously effervescent drink that combines flavours of the Far East and Western cultures. We think it’s the perfect tipple to kick off an outdoor barbeque.
Venice Beach Spritz
The Venice Beach Spritz, our own decidedly modern take on the genre, we’ve added the natural sweetness of honey and passionfruit which is tempered by the pleasing bitter-sweetness of Campari.
Earl Grey Spritz
An original drink from Kocktail HQ featuring Noveltea’s great taste award winning alcoholic tea ‘The Tale of Earl Grey’, paired with cucumber syrup, vermouth and citron vodka to create a delicately balanced and refined spritz.
