Finding Strength, Joy, and Purpose

I’m Chantal, the founder of HOUSE OF LILAH, and my journey has been all about embracing life’s transitions and finding strength in intentional living. Inspired by my French-Congolese heritage and my move to London over a decade ago, I’ve discovered the beauty of blending diverse traditions with modern practices.

Navigating the loss of my Mum in 2016 and motherhood in my forties led me to mindfulness that became my source of comfort, clarity, and creativity. HOUSE OF LILAH is my way of sharing these transformative practices, helping others nurture their potential and find joy in life’s meaningful, everyday moments.
