The third is blank ready for a colourful picture and the fourth and final balloon reads "Hip hip hooray for your birthday, may it be ever so splendid in every way from... ps. don't forget to make a wish"
Concertina cards are a total length of 42cms long and arrive folded into 4 with a kraft envelope.
This card will be posted in an A5 board backed envelope to ensure it arrives in tip top condition. This card is cello free.
