The second in our Small Batch Bakes to be released! A light and zingy lemon drizzle sponge, filled with a homemade rhubarb jam and topped with a mascarpone buttercream and pretty flowers.
A great cake to welcome in spring, this is ideal for Mothers Day.
This sharing piece is unsliced and contains four - six generous portions. As with all of our Small Batch Bakes, we have baked a limited amount, and once they're gone, they're gone!
