Avaliable Micro green kits
Beetroot characteristics: lofty deep red leaves and stems. Tender with an earthy, spinach like flavour
Sunflower characteristics: One of the tastiest micro green with bright green juicy stems and leaves high in fiber and contain a wide range of other vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A, B Vitamins, C, D, and E.
Broccoli characteristics: white stem with deep green leaves they taste pretty mild and crunchy. Some say there is a slightly bitter taste.
Radish characteristics: White and burgundy treats with a bright green pair of top leaves with a zingy peppery radish taste.
Coriander characteristics: One of the tastiest micro green with green juicy stems and leaves bright, sweet, and spicy flavour without the soapy, bitter characteristic that mature coriander can develop.
