I’m Helen Chapman, the founder of Dotty Fish and a mum of two. My journey began in 2006 when my son Josh was gifted a pair of expensive baby shoes. I loved them but struggled to find affordable, high-quality options that were practical and stayed on. That’s when I decided to create my own – and Dotty Fish was born!

Nearly 20 years later, we remain passionate about making baby footwear that supports healthy foot development. Our Soft Sole Shoes have flexible suede soles that allow natural movement while providing grip and stability—perfect for early walkers.

Our suede slippers are warm yet lightweight, with a fleece lining and elasticated ankle trim for a secure fit. Cosy cotton booties also feature soft suede soles for stability, plus an adjustable hook and loop fastening for a snug, flexible fit.

We now offer gift sets, pairing our baby footwear with matching bibs—ideal for thoughtful, practical presents.
