Cannon & Cannon has been championing Great British cured meat for 5 years, taking the leading role in raising awareness about this fantastically exciting and rapidly growing artisan food sector. We have longstanding and deep relationships with some of the best cured meat producers across the UK.

Our HQ is in London's famous Borough Market, where we have a very busy stall, a wholesale business and an increasingly popular Meat School where you can learn how to cure your own meat, and come to one of our tasting evenings. We also have stalls in a number of markets across London and are proud supporters of the London Living Wage.
