Once recieved we reccommend to put your letterbox gift in the fridge.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before you wish to eat.

Our ice packs are fully reusable, just freeze and reuse, great for the warmer days when you want to keep food cool whilst out for the day. Alternatively, once defrosted cut open the pack and pour the non-toxic solution down the drain. Rinsing with hot tap water will help dissolve the gel faster. The plastic outer can be recycled according to your local recycling regulations.

Our Perfect British Cheeseboard packaging is fully recyclable (we believe this to be a cheese industry first!).

Cheese packaging is traditionally made up of several different polymers, which makes it difficult to recycle. Our new packaging is a single polymer, including the label and barrier (with different barriers developed for the type of cheese), meaning it can be widely, and easily recycled. The outer is made from cardboard.

Once received please pop your cheese in the fridge.

To enjoy our cheese at it's best we reccommend removing from the fridge 30 minutes before you'd like to eat it.
