I’m Samantha — a mum of three, based in the UK, and the proud founder of Blended Moments.
For years I tried different crafts, but nothing truly clicked — until one Mother’s Day when I created a photo merge for my own mum. Her reaction was out of this world, I knew I’d found something special.
What started as a personal gift soon grew beyond anything I imagined — my work has since been requested by celebrities and featured in news articles. The most rewarding part is hearing the touching stories behind each photo merge and customers coming back to me.
Today, as Blended Moments has grown, we’ve expanded and welcomed another passionate artist with over 8 years of experience to work alongside me. Together, we pour love and care into every single piece. What began as a personal project is now a shared mission: to honour memories, create heartfelt keepsakes, and bring joy to homes around the world — all while showing my children the power of following your dreams.
Our Products
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 working days after you approve your photo merge preview.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 — a fully tracked service with delivery usually within 2 working days from dispatch. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Please note: during busy periods such as Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other seasonal peaks, dispatch times may be slightly longer — we will always do our best to keep you updated.

Personalised Items
Our products are personalised and made to order. You will receive a preview for approval prior to printing. Once approved, no changes can be made.
Please note: Colours and tones may vary slightly when printed due to differences in screen settings, print processes, and the images provided. Each photo merge is individually created by our artist, and the final result is unique to your images — colours and style may differ from other examples shown, as every image requires its own adjustments to achieve the best possible outcome.
Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds on personalised items unless they arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.
Delivery
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK orders. Once dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.
Customer Images
You must have permission to use any images you provide. We will not be held responsible for any copyright or privacy issues relating to customer-supplied images.
Our Work
We retain the right to use completed designs for marketing purposes (with your consent). — all merges are created by a real artist and designer.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays once an item is dispatched. We do not cover costs for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Data & Privacy
Your personal information is used only to process and fulfil your order, and is handled in accordance with GDPR.
