For our citrus expression, we chose the beautiful grapefruit. Through rotary evaporation, we have captured the juicy character of freshly peeled grapefruit; the perfect balance of citrus sweet with a pithy bitterness.

To make a Grapefruit White Lady:

40ml Grapefruit Vodka

20ml Cointreau

10ml Bergamot Liqueur

20ml Lemon

20ml Foamer

Garnish with a lemon peel
