This session is person to person. Yes! A real-life lesson with Graham who is a certified Wim Hof instructor.

Graham runs regular workshops where you can explore the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method. Learn about the science and health benefits of the method, and experience a deep breathwork session. Be prepared to jump in a tub of ice, and give cold exposure a whirl.
