Gin Jam Produced With Inebriated Raspberries

The award winning Pinkster Gin is made with fresh, plump raspberries grown locally to our Cambridge HQ.

We recycle the inebriated little blighters as Boozy Berries.

The ones too squishy for Boozy Berries are now being used in this scrummy jam.

As well as putting a spring in your step at breakfast, Gin Jam is also a mighty tasty cocktail ingredient. Try it in our lip-smacking Gin 'n' Jam number.
