Handmade Vegan Melomakarona

Melomakarona, along with kourabiedes, are the quintessential Christmas biscuits in Greece, but at Melianthos we make them many months throughout the year.

Made exactly like our award-winning traditional melomakarona, only instead of honey we use maple syrup. For a balanced taste profile we combine Greek extra virgin olive oil with organic cold-pressed sunflower oil.
