A stunning digitally printed Tie in 100% silk. The collection is a beautifully positive commemoration of the 1916 Rising, Irish history and free expression.
The print is inspired by the vivid and vibrant colours and artworks by the late Irish stained glass artist, Harry Clarke. Jennifer was interested in his stained glass windows married with his use of Irish fairy folklore mythology. She was particularly drawn to the vibrant purples, blues, oranges and reds used in The Eve of St. Agnes panel. These colours and ideas from Clarke's work were considered and used for inspiration. The simple silhouette of a scarf showcases the stunning print, resulting in a striking piece of contemporary wearable art.
