A beautiful hand drawn portrait of a loved one makes the perfect gift for any occasion.
I will require a high quality image to be best to me to achieve the best results; the better the image, the better the drawing. I understand that sometimes this can difficult so if you can, please try to gather as many photographs as possible of the subject facing the camera with a clear view of their eyes, face and shoulders.
Once the portrait is complete, I will send a proof via email for you to confirm you are pleased with it. Please ensure you reply as soon as you can to avoid delays.
I do occasionally have a waiting list and portrait lead times can be a few weeks. If you have a specific occasion your drawing is needed for, let me know and I can try my best to work to that date. Contact me prior to ordering to ensure your drawing will be completed in time.
Once your order is placed, please upload your photos. To do so, follow this process:
1. Log into your notonthehighstreet customer account
2. In the top right of the screen hover over ‘my account’ and select ‘my orders’.
3. Click the ‘Contact the Seller’ button on your portrait order.
4. Upload your photos with a message and click ‘submit’.
