Each portrait is hand-drawn on a digital tablet (by me - Chrissy!), using a soft watercolour illustration style. The artwork is created directly from the photo you provide, so please use a clear, high-quality image where your pet’s features are easy to see. This photo will serve as the reference for the illustration, ensuring the final portrait accurately captures your pet.
Once complete, the portrait is printed onto a high quality coaster with slate backing. The slate gives the coaster a solid, weighty feel and a unique textured edge, making it a durable and long-lasting piece.

Ordering process:
1. Purchase the coaster(s). Please enter the background colour you’d like in the personalisation box.
If ordering multiple coasters or for multiple pets, specify which colour goes with each.
For example: “Black & white dog - pink, Sausage dog - grey.” Or, if ordering multiple coasters of the same pet and you would like a mix of colours for each coaster, let us know the colours you would like when placing the order.
2. Send a clear, high-quality reference photo via the messaging system.
3. The portrait will be hand-drawn on a digital tablet, printed and sublimated onto the coaster, then carefully packaged and shipped to you.
