This has been painted with Golden, heavy body, acrylic paint and Winsor & Newton, professional, acrylic paint using Rosemary brushes.
My love of horses stems from my childhood as I grew up on a working horse farm. The Andalusian is a magical horse that the spanish have trained to dance, they perform an equestrian ballet which is out of this world.
I find painting horses to be incredibly fulfilling as they are have such interesting bone structure and muscles that show through their coat and are fascinating to portray.
This charming painting would not only be a suitable present for any occasion such as a wedding, birthday or christening it would also make a perfect gift for Christmas for horse or spanish dancing horse enthusiasts.
