Buying this round laundry, directly supports artisans based in remote parts of West Africa. The men usual tend the fields and collaborating with Artisanne enable the weavers to earn money directly as we do no use middlemen. It also allows them to work from home around the needs of the children and the household whilst also caring for the elderly members of their families.

It takes 3 - 4 days to create and is individually woven using traditional Senegalese skills passed down from mother to daughter. Working directly with our 140 weavers helps to ensure they earn a fair and regular income whilst allowing Artisanne to guarantee the outstanding quality for which we are renowned.
