Variations
The dear word MOTHER is spelled out in our Botanical Flower Letters from Magnolia to Rambling Rose, with a pretty background of green and pink.
Perfect for Mothering Sunday, but really for every day.
Our signature concertina cards are inspired by the miracles of book artists and old-fashioned pop out cards. They have often been described as ‘little gems’ and truly are treasures to cherish.
Each one is a decoration and card in one. The reverse is blank for a handwritten message (see the images for an example), and the cards come with small brown recycled kraft envelopes which perfectly fit the feel of the vintage seed packets which inspired their design.
The cards then fold out to decorate a desk, or mantlepiece, perhaps a shelf or bookcase.
The Botanical ABC flower letters are taken from original watercolour illustrations of the alphabet, painted in a modern botanical style. Each letter is represented by a flower whose name begins with that letter, with their stems, leaves and petals twisted into shape.

Printed on beautiful antique-white card which is FSC certified and archive quality, using fade resistant inks.

- Our envelopes are made from recycled paper and are fully recyclable.
- Our fabric goods are made from undyed linen which had been ethically sourced and printed using vegetable based dye.
- The cello bags we use to package our goods are made from bio-film which is compostable, biodegradable and recyclable.
- The Botanical ABC has supported a number of charities since our launch in 2015. We are currently supporting Bath Food Bank with regular donations.
