PLEASE NOTE ONE CHAIR HAS SOME MORE SIGNIFICANT WEAR AT THE THE TOP OF THE SEAT WHERE THE LEATHER HAS CRACKED. THIS IS THE ONLY CHAIR IN THE SET WHERE THIS IS THE CASE PLEASE SEE LAST PICTURE.
