Each personalised silver hook earring is about 3.5cm long.
Made from
Gold foil is applied with heat and pressure to produce a permanent bond with the sterling silver. This Korean gilding technique is called Keum-boo and has been used to produce these stunning earrings. Each earring is one of a kind and no two will look exactly the same. The surface has been textured, the edges smoothed and the earrings polished for a shiny finish.
It is recommended to wash silver by hand in warm water with a mild detergent. If the earrings are not worn it is advisable to store them airtight and completely dry for the silver not to tarnish.
Handmade by Sonja Bessant in her studio; beautifully packaged in a grey jewellery bag. Free gift wrapping is available too.
