Our premier dessert wine selection offers an array of hand picked dessert wines and artisanal milk chocolate honeycomb.
The selection includes an organic and biodynamic dessert wine from the Loire Valley in France - the Château de la Roulerie – L’Orangeraie ’18. This is a deliciously sweet dessert wine made from hand-picked botrytised grapes. Rich and complex with floral and vanilla notes followed by bursting fruit flavours including pears, peaches and quince. In the selection we also have a bottle of Niepoort 10 Year Old Tawny Port which has complex aromas of dried apricots, crystallised tangerine peel and almonds, with dried fruits and notes of orange, lemon peel, toffee, caramel and honey which add depth and complexity. Lastly, our bottle of Gonzalez Byass – Nectar Pedro Ximénez Sherry will not disappoint. With rich, sweet and velvety smooth flavours on the palate and complex flavours of caramel, dried fruits, figs, mocha, nuts and spice, this hamper offers the perfect night cap by the fire on a cold winter’s night.
