    Samphire's Soothe Me Tea Blend was created with relaxation in mind. Best taken in the evening to help you wind down after a busy day and to help get a good nights rest. With a mix of chamomile, lavender, holy basil, orange peel and lime leaf this tea is the ultimate relaxation drink.

    Each of my tea blends blends come with a reusable muslin teabag, so you can drink your favourite beverage knowing there is zero waste. Place 1-2 teaspoons of the tea in the muslin teabag and seep for 3-4 minutes.
