Come and learn how to make bean-to-bar chocolate with Nicola, chief chocolate maker at Exe Chocolate.
This 4hr session starts with a tasting in which we will use our senses to identify flavour notes in the chocolate. Then we will go through the steps from roasting through to moulding up and decorating our bars. Your family and friends won't believe that you made this incredible chocolate from scratch!
Nicola will guide you through the process, while explaining the science behind chocolate making, and you will taste and explore as you go.
