This folk art inspired wall art makes a beautiful contemporary design led gift for someone who loves clean and simple design. It would also look good on your own wall! I have designed this cut paper artwork and it is made by hand by me in my studio.
Every papercut is made in a limited edition of 100 from one of my original hand cut designs. It is then individually relief mounted by hand onto acid free mount board to create subtle shadows and an illusion of depth. It is signed, numbered and named on the front in pencil so you can be sure you are receiving an original artwork by Caroline Rees
Variations
This paper cut can be personalised by making your own title, which will be hand written in pencil instead of my title of ‘Day Out’. Please write your personal title in the drop down menu and be aware of the amount space at the bottom of the image for it to fit. You may also choose to have it cut from black or blue paper.

This design has been cut from a single sheet of heavyweight acid free paper. It will be supplied to you UNFRAMED in a protective cello bag and I recommend framing it in a simple box or shadow frame as this creates space between the glass and the papercut. (The small square size is designed to perfectly fit an Ikea ribba frame)
It will arrive wrapped in tissue paper in a white board envelope to protect it during transit.
