A print of my line drawing of Liverpool's iconic Hope Street.
This would make the perfect gift for anyone who loves Liverpool, and would be a great item to send overseas too.
Hope Street is the heart of Liverpool's famous Georgian Quarter, and the image features historic buildings including the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Anglican Cathedral, the Philharmonic Hall and the original Liverpool School of Art (a particular favourite as it is where I studied)!
This image was originally drawn by hand using a traditional dip pen and Indian ink.
A matching greetings card is available - this can be added to your order at a small extra cost.
The print is availabe as standard or as a larger size.
Framing of the standard sized print is available at an extra cost (for UK delivery only, sorry).
You can also choose for your print - framed or unframed - to arrive wrapped in your choice of four Becka Griffin Illustration wrapping papers (black and kraft, cheesy, dinosaur or space) and tag. This is a useful option if you are running short on time or you are sending a gift direct. Unframed prints will be wrapped but not tied in white raffia - as this may cause damage in transit. Please ensure you have included a message if you'd like your gift-tag to arrive already hand-written.
If you’d prefer to wrap it yourself (so you can have a look at it first) then you can add a folded sheet of gift wrap and a matching gift tag to your order.
The artwork is printed digitally onto high quality archival paper. It will not fade or discolour. It will be delivered packaged in cellophane, in a hardbacked envelope.
Frames: white and black options are made from polcore, the white option has a smooth finish and the black option has a slight wood-effect texture; the oak frame is solid oak. The frames are glazed with a quality styrene/acrylic which is not distinguishable from glass when on the wall. It's a safety conscious option, and it greatly reduces the chance of postal breakages.
The standard print measures approximately 21 x 30cm.
The large print measures approximately 30cm x 42cm and will be sent rolled in a tube.
Frames are as follows:
Black and white frames are both 1.9cm wide and 3.2cm deep - the outer dimensions are 32.5cm x 24cm - that's around 13" x 9.5".
Oak frames are 2cm wide and 1.3cm deep - total size is approx 33cm x 24cm (around 13" x 9.5").
