The kit contains enough ingredients to make 12 batches. Each batch of Halloumi is around 900g, and the Greek Style Cheese around 300g; that's a lot of cheese!

Stored in your cupboard this kit will last well over a year.

The Halloumi you make will be better than any shop bought Halloumi you’ll have tasted. Halloumi requires 4 litres of readily available ‘unhomogenised’ milk. All major supermarkets sell this, it’s simply Gold Top to you and me.
